I was told I could drop the car off at the airport if the L'Enfant location was closed. I was all set to be there on time but run into a huge traffic jam in DC so I missed the closing time for the L'Enfant location.
I returned my car at the airport and my bill went from $366 to $1,181. I have been given the run around for two days.
On top of all of that the car had no gas when I went to pick it up and then they charged me for not filling up the gas tank when I returned it. Corinne
